1984年本科毕业于上海医科大学(现为复旦大学上海医学院)医学系并在附属华山医院任临床医生。1994年获荷兰Leiden大学免疫学博士;1999年被瑞典国家研究院(VR/MFR)聘为助理教授。2004年获国家杰出青年基金,2009年被聘为教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。现任中山大学; 肿瘤医院生物治疗中心主任;生命科学院副院长;中山大学肝癌研究所所长。多年来一直从事调控人免疫细胞功能的机制研究,在国际期刊发表论文60余篇,总影响因子350余点。回国后,以肝癌为主要模型,研究间质免疫细胞与癌细胞之间的相互作用和潜在机制,探讨以间质细胞作为肿瘤分子分期和治疗靶标的可行性。先后获国家杰出青年基金、基金委重点项目(2007和2012)、科技部“973”计划和卫生部重大专项(“十一五”和“十二五”)等资助。作为通讯作者的论文已于近年发表在J. Exp. Med., Hepatology和Blood 等知名期刊。培养的研究生于2011年获“全国百篇优秀博士论文”主要研究方向为:巨噬细胞生物学;肿瘤微环境与免疫编辑;肿瘤分子分型和免疫治疗。我们以临床样本为基础,结合体外和体内实验模型,主要开展以下三个方面的工作:1. 以单核巨噬细胞为核心,系统研究肿瘤微环境对免疫细胞分化与表型的调控机制,以及免疫微环境对肿瘤血管生成和转移的影响与机制。2. 综合评价肝癌组织免疫状态对临床转归的影响;建立可用于临床判断肝癌进展/预后的预测模型;并探讨进行个体化免疫干预的可行性。3. 以MDSC为模型,研究肿瘤对造血干细胞分化、以及组织微环境对MDSC形成和扩增的调控和机制。 详见实验室网页:Homepage: http://home.sysu.edu.cn/limingroup/en近年发表的十篇代表性论文:1.
