Abstract
The article outlines surgical safety issues in the treatment of patients in a multidisciplinary hospital. The results of a comparative analysis of surgical treatment of patients in 20 years (2001-2020) are set out. The levels of hospital mortality, including postoperative mortality, are compared with the results of pathological examinations
