Abstract

A lot of patients suffer from different psychiс diseases and this is connected with the disruption of the Neurotransmitter’s fusion in the body. In the modern world the treatment of these diseases is based on intake of chemically-synthesized medicines, which can have not only positive effects but also some side effects. However, a great potential of bacteria of the human’s microbiota has been found out, also some Bifidobacterium, which can produce gamma-aminobutyric acid, tryptophan, serotonin in enough quantity and as a result have a positive impact on the patient’s health. These living organisms have no adverse reactionsas they are physiologically close to the human. That’s why the development of the tableted dosage form of the healthy bifid bacterium strains seems very perspective. The aim of this study is to find out the influence of the excipients by developing the enteric unenveloped medicine with bifid bacterium. During the research were produced 5 ready compositions of a medicine, which were checked with the pharmacopoeial requirements according to the disintegration and friability. As a result of the conducted experiment, it has been discovered that the best combination of the additives includes sodium in the way of matrix, mannitol in the way of filler, and solution of the polyvinyl pyrrolidone as a moisturiser. Especially these substances were taking part in the formation of the gel on the surface of the medicine, which was protecting bifid bacterium from the actions of the hydrochloric acid of the digestive juice (0,1 M solution HCI). The powder particles with microorganisms remained dry and viable. Thanks to this development, the prevention of various mental disorders will become more effective.
