Abstract
The purpose of the author's work was to analyze the dynamic changes in the paravertebral muscles in children with impaired posture against the background of connective tissue dysplasia, taking into account the developed treatment programs, confirmed by the issuance of a patent for an invention (patent for invention No. 2797541 "Method of correction in children of 5-6 years of age against the background of hereditary disorders of connective tissue development.") From 2013 to 2023, the examined patients were registered at the dispensary. The patient groups are presented as follows: 30 patients – the main group, 30 patients – the comparison group. At the beginning of follow-up, the age of the patients was 6.7±0.5 years. Patients were prescribed massage along the spine No. 10 1 time in 4 months for 20 minutes, electrical stimulation of the muscles of the paravertebral No. 10 1 time in 6 months, physiotherapy exercises to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen and back.
For patients of the main group, in addition to the schemes of therapeutic measures, a developed program was provided, including exercises in the gym of physical therapy on the "Swedish wall", swimming, classes in the educational school of health "Posture correction", individual corseting, additional physiotherapy appointments.
