Abstract

Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to determine the job satisfaction of health professionals working in gynecology and obstetrics services. Materials and Methods: The population of the study consisted of all health professionals (29 doctors, 61 midwives and 22 nurses) working in the gynecology and obstetrics services of hospitals located in the city center. Data were collected from all health professionals participating in the study using the personal information form and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (MSQ). Results: In our study, it was found that health professionals had job satisfaction above the average, and that the general job satisfaction level was; It has been determined that it is higher in health professionals who are 45 years of age or older, have graduate education, are married, work in the institution for more than one year, and do not want to leave their profession and love it.
