Abstract
ACC007 is a new-generation nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) with favorable pharmacokinetic and safety profiles. NNRTIs are typically administered in combination with two nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors as first-line recommended regimens in several guidelines.
