Abstract

ABSTRACT We report 16S rRNA gene amplicon data on the succession of intestinal microbiomes in migratory bird, Eurasian Wigeon (Mareca Penelope) wintering around Osaka, Japan. This study could serve as baseline data for comparison with microbiomes in migratory birds.
