AbstractThis chapter covers three groups of feedstuffs: the cereals and their byproducts, protein supplements and novel feedstuffs. The first two groups are those which are commonly used in hot regions, and the novel feedstuffs group consists of those which are less commonly used, but have potentials for greater use. This chapter highlights the ingredients that can be used and are being used for poultry feeding in tropical and hot regions and present research findings on chemical composition and nutritional value of these ingredients.
