Abstract

Abstract Computer-aided analysis by the method of finite elements of the stress-strain working state of rollers having a pair point contact, a support-rotating device of truck cranes and other lifting-transport machines is performed. The regularities of the change of contact stresses with characteristic values at the ends of the rollers and along their length, which are important for practice, are obtained. The obtained results are presented graphically, which increases the possibilities of their practical use at the stages of design and operation of support-rotating devices of truck cranes with mutually perpendicular rollers.
