Abstract
AbstractRecently large‐area TFT‐LCDs have been developed for HD‐TV applications according to the demand of FPD‐TV market. Of those, larger than 40‐in. size products are developed by applying stitching method for design & process to scanning photolithography equipment. In this paper, we analyze factors that cause stitch defect in VA‐Mode and present new stitching design.
