Abstract

EMLipoPt(iv) was designed to combat cisplatin resistance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) by enhancing platinum uptake and minimizing drug inactivation through a fusion of ESCC cell membrane with liposomal Pt(iv) prodrugs.
