Abstract

A pH and glutathione sensitive assembly Fe3O4@ZIF-8-Zn-Mn was constructedviaone step self-assembly in aqueous solution. This assembly can be used as tumor microenvironment responsiveT1T2dual-mode magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent for tumor imaging.
