Abstract

Enhancing the brain bioavailability of S-allyl-l-cysteine (SC) by developing novel S-allyl-l-cysteine chitosan nanoparticles and examining the quantity of SC by developing a novel method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in ischemic rat brain treatment.
