Abstract

Ten new polyisoprenylated benzophenones were identified from the fruits of Garcinia cambogia by chromatographic and spectroscopic methods. 4,8-epi-Uralione F inhibited nitric oxide production through inhibiting the activation of nuclear factor-κB.
