Abstract

Synthesis of the longest heparin-related oligosaccharide backbones is enabled by efficient iterative [4]_n-mer homologationsviasolution-phase synthesis. Pure-Shift HSQC NMR provides a dramatic improvement in anomeric signal resolution.
