Abstract

Cinnamaldehyde reduced the u-PA activity and invasiveness of the osteosarcoma cells by targeting the FAK pathway and reducing the expression of N-cadherin and fibronectin and suppressed the pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma in mice.
