Abstract

The complex [PtCl2(cyclohexane-1R,2R-diamine)] has been combined with the histone deacetylase inhibitor valproic acid and the potential antimetastatic perillic acid in order to obtain a set of multiaction Pt(IV) antiproliferative agents.
