Abstract
In the title compound, C10H9BrN2, one of the methylene groups of the piperidine ring is disordered over two sets of sites in a 0.692 (8):0.308 (8) ratio, which leads to two envelope conformations. In the crystal, inversion dimers linked by pairs of N—H...N hydrogen bonds generateR22(12) loops.
