Abstract

SummaryUnilateral epidural anaesthesia occurring in an infant is reported. An epidurogram revealed the presence of a midline structure suggestive of the dorsomedian septum. Epidural anatomy is reviewed and implications for threading epidural catheters in infants are discussed.
