Abstract

Objective: To investigate the application effect of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolytic nursing in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).

Methods: A total of 40 AIS patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group, and 40 AIS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given the routine rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis emergency nurse nursing process, while the observation group was given the rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis emergency nursing process coordinated and regulated by the emergency nursing team leader. The time spent in each link of the diagnosis and treatment process, the treatment situation, the family's nursing satisfaction, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.

Results: The time of nurse pre-examination assessment, doctor's consultation time, venous blood drawing time and DNT time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the Barthel score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the patients in the two groups died There was no statistically significant difference in the rates (P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion: The nursing mode of emergency nursing team leader applied to the clinical treatment of AIS patients with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis can significantly reduce the time consumed in each link of the patient's diagnosis and treatment process, improve the patient's prognosis, and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patient's family.
