Abstract

In general, malignant tumors are characterized by adhesion, unclear boundary, fixation and solid components. Here we reported a case of mobile lung cancer with no adhesion between lung lobes. The clinical manifestation was special because the space-occupying lesion was in the middle lobe of the right lung and could change with posture. This case suggests that pathological examination can improve the diagnosis rate of mobile lung cancer with pulmonary space-occupying lesions and avoid misdiagnosis.
