Abstract

Key Clinical MessageThe patient's vasospastic variant angina manifested as syncope with asymptomatic ischemic episodes, and repeated 24‐h dynamic electrocardiogram and coronary angiography examinations combined with coronary provocation spasm tests were necessary for its diagnosis and management.
