Investigation on the Status Quo of Students’ Physical Fitness Based on Wireless Communication Networks and Analysis of Influencing Factors

Abstract

Students are the future of the nation and the hope of the country. The physical health of adolescents can to a large extent reflect the level of political, economic, and cultural development of a country. The healthy growth of young people is the driving force behind the prosperity of the Chinese nation. The improvement of the physical fitness of young people is related to the healthy development of every student and the happiness of thousands of households. Students are the driving force for the development of a region and even a country, and their physical health is closely related to the prosperity and development of the region and the country. The physical health of students is very severe, various indicators are declining, and it is urgent to investigate the status quo of students’ physical fitness and analyze the influencing factors. This paper mainly designs a wireless communication platform to detect the physical status of students and optimize the wireless communication network. This paper investigates the students’ weight, vital capacity, 50 m running, and sitting posture. It is found that freshman girls who failed sitting posture accounted for 3%, sophomore girls 2%, junior girls 2.6%, and senior girls 4.8%. The first-year boys who failed the sitting position accounted for 6%, the second-year boys 3.4%, the third-year boys 9.2%, and the fourth-year boys 9.3%.
