Abstract
AbstractThe use of rapid prototyping technology has revolutionized the fabrication of intraoral prostheses. With the advancement of digital technology, its applications have expanded to extraoral prostheses and appliances to replace a variety of head and neck defects. The following clinical report illustrates the use of a new technique that allows the digital replication and recontouring of a stock tracheostomy tube to improve patient fit, comfort, and esthetics.
