Abstract

SUMMARYCitanest C14 has been shown to be degraded by liver and kidney slices. In vivo experiments demonstrate that metabolites are excreted in the urine and decarboxylation with excretion of C1402 has been demonstrated in the rat.Further studies are needed to establish all the pathways for metabolism of Citanest.
