Abstract
Anogenital papules in children can be attributed to various infectious and noninfectious causes. Perianal pseudoverrucous papulo-nodules (PPPN) is a severe manifestation of skin irritation from urine and feces, the diagnosis of which is primarily based on history and clinical examination. This condition resolves when the underlying condition is treated. We report a case series of three patients with PPPN.
