Abstract
AbstractVAIN is much rarer than the equivalent dysplastic changes found in the cervix but may accompany cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. VAIN is also HPV in‐duced and may be an extension of a cervical lesion or a satellite lesion. VAIN lesions are usually asymptomatic and detected by cytologic screening. Lesions can be ex‐cised, vaporized or treated locally with medical therapies. The incidence of vaginal cancer is very rare.
