Abstract
ABSTRACT
A 9-year-old boy was found to have new-onset hair loss on his scalp, which has worsened over the last 6 months. Readers will be asked to identify the correct diagnosis based on history and clinical presentation. The purpose of this case was to improve diagnostic skills to properly recognize this condition and provide the appropriate treatment.
