Abstract
Fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) presents a complex vascular challenge characterized by non-atheromatous changes in medium-sized arteries, primarily impacting the cervicocephalic territories. Vertebral artery webs, a rare manifestation of FMD, pose a significant risk, potentially leading to thromboembolisms and neurological deficits. We report a case of a 40-year-old female with multiple cerebral aneurysms successfully managed via endovascular intervention, subsequently revealing a progressive vertebral artery web. This case underscores the critical need for early detection, precise monitoring, and individualized management strategies. The discussion emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration, advanced imaging techniques, and tailored therapeutic approaches. Recommendations include vigilant surveillance, personalized treatment strategies, optimized medical therapy, collaborative care, and further research to enhance awareness and understanding of this rare but impactful condition.
