Abstract
Green data centers and renewable energy integration are essential for IT sustainability. Traditional centers consume more energy and emit carbon as digital demand rises. Green data centers prioritize resource efficiency, using energy-efficient technologies and renewable energy sources like sun, wind, and hydropower. This minimizes environmental impact and operational costs while promoting sustainability. Innovative hardware and cooling systems further reduce energy usage, setting a standard for responsible computing. These centers can generate or purchase green power through solar panels and wind turbines, aligning with global climate efforts. Collaboration between green data centers and renewable energy is crucial for sustainable data management, demonstrating a balanced approach between technical advancements and environmental responsibility, setting an example for companies worldwide.
