Abstract
The utilization of ChatGPT and other AI technologies has led to the emergence of novel and stimulating research avenues across various disciplines. Researchers are currently focusing on developing Conversational AI systems that can understand natural language and provide context-aware responses. An increasing number of individuals are choosing multimodal integration, enabling them to participate in more comprehensive conversations by combining text, pictures, and music. Investigating methods to mitigate bias and enhance response equity in language models like ChatGPT is a crucial field of research. This enables the provision of replies that are highly customized to the specific requirements of industries such as healthcare and finance. Enhancing the comprehensibility of AI judgments continues to be a primary focus, promoting openness and user confidence. The practical utilization of AI technologies emphasizes the user experience and usefulness by showcasing their real-world applications, which span from virtual assistance to customer care.
