Abstract
This research paper finds the potential of Satvik Cuisine as a distinctive food freak customers, specifically within the context of food outlets in Braj region of Uttar Pradesh. The primary objective is to explore strategies associated with promoting Satvik Cuisine, aiming to contribute to culinary preservation and introduce this unique culinary tradition to global food freak customers. The theoretical framework adopts a multidisciplinary approach, integrating cultural heritage, gastronomy, and food tourism studies. Utilizing a research approach that combines surveys and data analysis, a diverse sample of 300 participants representing various demographics of 30 food outlets in Braj region of Uttar Pradesh is selected for this study. The research design also incorporates a thorough review of existing literature on Satvik Cuisine and related topics. By leveraging Satvik Cuisine as a driver of culinary tourism, the study contributes to social and cultural preservation, encouraging the sustainable promotion of this culinary heritage.
