Abstract
An essential step in creating and maintaining a successful firm is entrepreneurial intention. This study attempts to conduct a bibliometric analysis to state research on entrepreneurial intention and personality and outline a path for the future. The authors look into the growth rate, top authors, most abundant sources and counties, and most important documents to determine the state of research in entrepreneur intention and personality. Co-citation analysis, co-occurrence analysis, and thematic mapping are done to know the intellectual and conceptual structure of the topic. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that personality is an influential factor in creating entrepreneurial intention, which has drawn the researcher's attention for the last two decades. The knowledge can be marked as growing expertise with scope for future research. Social entrepreneur intention is a topic that requires more attention, and future research can focus on it.
