Abstract
In this chapter, influencing laws of Al2O3 nanoparticle concentration on grinding temperature, specific grinding energy, grinding wheel morphology, and other characterization parameters under CAMQL condition are analyzed. Furthermore, the action mechanism of Al2O3 nanoparticles as well as influencing laws of Al2O3 nanoparticle concentration on viscosity, contact angle, heat conductivity coefficient, and dispersibility of nanofluid are analyzed. The action mechanism of Al2O3 nanoparticle concentration on grinding performances is disclosed. Finally, the nanoparticle concentration for optimal grinding effects of Ti alloy under different working conditions is determined.
