Abstract

Aim. To demonstrate the possibilities of radiation examination of late complications of some types of cosmetic breast surgery.Materials and methods. A few clinical examples demonstrate certain types of late complications of aesthetic breast surgery.Conclusion. It is advisable to carry out a preoperative examination in a specialized medical and diagnostic institution in compliance with all the canons of early diagnosis of breast cancer. Cases of breast cancer omissions at the pre- and postoperative stages of aesthetic surgery require further investigation.
