GH4169 super alloy has a wide application in the field of aeronautics and astronautics, in order to realize the high quality and fast processing of the complex workpieces with electrochemical machining (ECM), we have studied the electrochemical dissolution characteristics of GH4169 super alloy in composite electrolyte, and explored the rule of influence on machining voltage, feed speed, electrolyte pressure for the machining gap (SG), material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (Ra). The results showed that under the composite electrolyte of 10%NaCl+16%NaNO3+4%NaClO3, 17.5V machining voltage and the electrolyte pressure 0.8MPa; temperature 30°C, with 1.0mm/min cathode feed speed, achieved high efficiency and high surface quality machining, surface roughness reached to 0.8μm.
