Abstract Prefabricated building is a building in which prefabricated components are assembled at the construction site. There are many joints between the prefabricated components of the prefabricated building, so the assembled node connection becomes the key to the development of the prefabricated building. This paper summarizes the current research status of fabricated joints at home and abroad, analyzes the research status of joint connection and seismic performance of joints, and discusses the development prospect and prospect of fabricated buildings.
